IN THE MAIL: Rob Chirico’s Field Guide to Cocktails: How to Identify and Prepare Virtually Every Mixed Drink at the BarQuirk Books and Dr. Cocktail’s Vintage Spirits and Forgotten Cocktails : From the Alamagoozlum Cocktail to the Zombie.

There. How’d you like that?

Like what? Where is the post?

I was copying the format that Libertarian- and blender-blogger Instapundit uses whenever he receives a new book in the mail for review. He puts up a quick post of the title when it first arrives, just like I did. I’m having fun copying him.

Uh huh. And why does he put up such a short post?

Most of his posts are that short, but that’s not the point. He does it to thank the publisher for the free book, and quite possibly to remind his readers how hifalutin important he is to be getting free books all the time.

Oh, so you got these books for free to review them?

Shut up.
