The whole idea of using tea-infused Gin for Pegus seems to be catching on.
Jacob Grier, at Cocktails, Coffee, Commentary, and Conjuring and Pegu Blogbarcrawl fame, has a new post up with his Earl Grey variant. It goes by the catchy name of the Earl of Pegu. Even if I were not contractually obligated to link every cocktail blog post about Pegus, I would here. This looks tasty! Once I get around to it, this one is definitely going to get a try.
