And Yes, the Mount Gay Silver is an excellent rum to have on hand. Many steps above the other brand and for only a couple of bucks more.

I am not only a geek but I am also a trademark attorney, in fact, I recently did a presentation on trademark disputes in the world of potent potables, and included the Bacar…., oh, wait, I can’t say it. Just call your drink a Daiquiri with Grenadine in place of the sugar or cane syrup, and you’ll escape all legal liability. GrenaDaq? Daquadine? Sounds like a over-the-counter pain killer. Oh, wait, that’s what rum is.
