Do you have a pineapple hollower? that plastic thing called pineapple easy slicer or corer that you so easily hollow out a pineapple with? if not you should get one, it makes it a dream to hollow a pineapple.

I need a better way to hollow the pineapple out. I wrecked almost all the fruit getting it out.

I really think you have done well during this tiki month, and written so many great posts, i haven´t even had the time yet to read them all but you can bet i will read them from start to end.

I knew i would get a smile this time too..there´s always something funny to read, this time the “In general, I find garnishes to be pretty boring.” cracked me up;-)

The use of a fresh pineapple as vessel is one of my favorites..
