Via Uncrate, we see the advent of another new rum…
What is it?
They call it the Adult Rum.
They profess it has a long, smooth taste.
And yes, it appears to be a genuine rum, to be released this month. Ron de Jeremy is a 7-year blend of dark Panamanian rums. It’s designed to be a sipping liquor, with a harmoniously balanced orchestra of oak, fruit and spices. The website looks very nice, with a big… tongue planted firmly, but rather subtly, planted in cheek.
I certainly hope it’s a good liquor, as anyone who has the, um, balls to put together a brand like this one deserves much success.
And yes, if the Liquor Fairy decides to send me a bottle of this stuff, the ensuing review post will be epic….[Update: Welcome, Wombat’s Rule 5 wanderers! There’s plenty more to see ’round here, Rule 5, Rule 5 o’clock, and occasionally even the politics of Rule 5 o’clock alike!]
